Baghdad Commemorates the Armenian Genocide
The following are some photos from the AGBU Baghdad scout troupe’s participation in the April 24 commemoration in Baghdad, Iraq.
In addition to the 35 AGBU scouts, leaders and members of AGBU Baghdad also participated in the event.

Thanks for the encouraging situation regarding the Armenians of Baghdad, as apparent from the scouts and others. Would you happene to know the whereabouts of Sirarpi Papazian (formerly married to a one named Sami). Sirarpi is my first cousin on my mom’s side. She has a sister in Baghdad whose first name is Anita. She also has a brother, Dr. Hratch Papazian, in Beirut; and has a sister, Heranoush Melizchek, in Rome.
Thanks you for any kind of information. I haven’t heard from Baghdad in nearly 10 years.
