Astrig Sarkissian Exhibition in Paris

AGBU Paris organized an art exhibition by Astrig Sarkissian from March 28 to 31 at the city’s Alex Manoogian Cultural Centre.

An AGBU scholarship recipient, Sarkissian displayed a colorful array of canvases during her four-day show. Her works often use the national Armenian colors (red, blue and orange), explore the artistic possibilities of the Armenian alphabet and integrate various aspects of her personal history, (like the painting featured below which incorporates photographic images).
