  1. Dance is the best exercise
Unifies mentalities…and that, what humans ask fore
    Physical, psychological, social and more…
To treat every cell from myocytes till dendrites
    Releasing natural hidden hormones…
    No need for Yoga
No need to run on the rough roads
    Dance needs music
    And that’s the real spiritual-soul…
    Old but returns always new
It unites all types of exercises in one galore
    It’s called Armenian effervescent folklore…
